I think most of our emotions have layers to them. These layers of emotions play an important factor in dictating our thoughts and behaviors. Layers that many of us have never been taught to dissect but nevertheless hold the keys to understanding ourself and how we interact with the world around us. What I found for myself is that voicing my feelings through writing or talking them out helps me see these underlining layers of emotions with a clearer understanding. This then allows me to shift thought patterns and behaviors that I may have been projecting outwards without recognizing how they may have been causing turmoil for myself and others.

A few months ago I found myself sitting with intense feelings of guilt for keeping a boundary that another individual took to mean something different than I intended. Underneath this guilt was a deep sense of bitterness that I was misunderstood. These emotions felt harsh in my body and my mind, so I went into the Akashic Records to further process these underlining emotions.

Whenever I read the Akashic Records to process an emotion it always comes through as an awareness of what these emotions can hold for others as well. I share this recording of my own reading with you in hopes that if you find yourself feeling burdened by guilt this helps you release the weight of this burden so you can begin looking at the underlining layers associated with it; which will than allow you the freedom to adjust how you engage with this experience in the future.
